TANNERON BAY

Tanneron Bay is a condominium community governed by the Illinois Condominium Act, and other applicable and related laws enacted to regulate community and shared-ownership property. All homeowners and residents share in the ownership and responsibilities of the property. The Tanneron Bay Homeowners Association Board of Directors is the governing body elected by residents, with the responsibility to protect, maintain and enhance the property values of the community, within the limits provided for in the Act. The Board of Directors consists of the following officers:

President - Marty Klein
Vice-President - Nina Swanson
Secretary - Sherie Masse
Treasurer - Norm Brunner
Director - James Cogar

Qualified residents are elected to these positions at an annual election in June of each year.
